Not Everything Is Grey

This is a piece I had written years back which came as a result of an impromptu game.Chanced upon it during a trip down memory lane. I was told that it is blog worthy. So here goes nothing.

Meeting you after all this time was a peep into my soul again.

I had forgotten how to smile with my eyes,

Forgotten that not every being is filled with malice.

This heart poisoned by the world's prejudice

was turning into a clockwork piece just ticking away.

It took you to come my way

to make me see that not everything is grey.
